Job summary

NatWest Group in Stamford, CT, is recruiting for a Middle Office role supporting US Fixed Income operations. You will execute key controls, oversee offshore activities, and provide daily trade support to regional desks.

You will train global teams, develop governance processes, and ensure regulatory reporting compliance across FINRA TRACE, CFTC, and CME. Strong Excel, Bloomberg, and AI-enabled analysis are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Middle Office or related investment banking operations roles.
• Understanding of FINRA TRACE, CFTC or CME reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Fixed Income products and bond math fundamentals.
• Understanding of Fixed Income trade lifecycle management and front-to-back processes.
• Experience supporting audit reviews or regulatory examinations.
• Experience supervising offshore teams or third-party providers.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg and FINRA TRAQS.
• Interest in AI tools to support data analysis and automation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with traders, sales, and operations to provide Fixed Income operational support.
• Train and support local and global teams to meet service levels.
• Oversee offshore operations and ensure adherence to SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with regional and global teams across front office, operations, compliance, finance, and tech.
• Own and enhance operational controls for Fixed Income products and mitigate risks.
• Document procedures and key controls for consistency and accuracy.
• Ensure regulatory reporting accuracy (FINRA TRACE, CFTC, CME).
• Develop KRIs and KPIs to drive improvements in performance.
• Support strategic projects and change initiatives with stakeholders.
• Investigate issues and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
