Job summary

Whitecap Search is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join a prestigious global investment and technology development firm in its Middle Office function in New York. This role supports the lifecycle of trading strategies and serves as a key link between front office and operations.

You will drive trade support, manage cross-functional communication, and contribute to process improvements in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–10 years in financial operations or trade support.
• Deep understanding of trade lifecycle operations: capture, P&L, settlement.
• Experience coordinating with front office and internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for trading desk inquiries, supporting post-trade operations across multiple asset classes and strategies.
• Partner with trading desks, technology, and operations to enhance processes, data quality, and mitigate risk.
• Develop workflows, dashboards, and tools to monitor trading activity and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to projects expanding middle office capabilities and support for new investment strategies.
