Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior leadership.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, comfortable with technology, and eager to grow in an executive support role. Prior Executive Assistant experience is not required. We value strong communication, reliability, good judgment, and the ability to learn quickly.

The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership of their work, stays ahead of priorities, and enjoys helping others work more efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Workspace, or similar business applications
  • Experience coordinating meetings, schedules, travel, or company events
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or growing organization
