Job summary

Veloq, powered by Rohlik Group technology, seeks a senior commercial leader to own the US revenue motion, build the next layer of sales capability, and drive growth with enterprise grocery and 3PL accounts.

You will lead consultative technical sales of bespoke warehouse automation and software solutions, align with operations, IT, finance, and commercial stakeholders, and report directly to the CEO from day one.

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise SaaS or supply chain / logistics technology sales.
5+ years in senior commercial or hunter roles.
Experience selling into retail, grocery, or logistics operations at C-suite or VP level.
Proven people management experience, including coaching and performance management.
Consultative technical sales with discovery, solution design, and cross-functional alignment.
Hunter mentality with pipeline building and CRM/AI usage.
Comfortable with long, complex sales cycles (6–18 months).
Based in Prague, Berlin, or Vienna; fluent English.

Responsibilities

Own the US revenue target for Veloq's warehouse automation SaaS and build FY27 pipeline.
Develop a scalable sales motion and playbook for future hires.
Lead enterprise relationships with retail and 3PL decision-makers across Europe.
Collaborate with product, operations, legal, and finance to ensure smooth handoffs from sale to implementation.
Represent Veloq at grocery, supply chain, and logistics forums to build brand and pipeline.
Negotiate major contracts with C-suite and VP-level buyers.
