Job summary

Flip AI is entering the US market, and you will be one of the first commercial hires on the ground. You will build the outbound motion for a category-defining product alongside our first US Account Executive and with direct access to our founders.

This is not a seat in a large SDR pod; you will shape how Flip AI wins in the US, from messaging to target lists and process, with potential to grow into an AE seat as the team scales.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of solid experience in B2B software or technology sales.
• Experience navigating large accounts (1000+ employees) and complex decision-making.
• Proficient in personalized multichannel outreach and CRM tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Prospecting: identify tomorrow's big players with personalized outreach.
• Relationship Management: qualify leads and develop opportunities within the funnel.
• Pipeline Ownership: manage your own pipeline and lead discovery calls with precision.
• AE Tandem: work with the Account Executive to prepare demos and support the sales cycle.
• Impact on Product: share market feedback with Product Owners to improve Flip AI.
• Presence: represent Flip AI at trade shows and industry events.
