Job summary

Morpho is seeking a US regulatory engagement lead to own the policy pipeline end to end, tracking rulemakings, drafting submissions, and leading meetings with agency staff, Congress, and coalitions. You will coordinate input across product, research, and outside counsel, delivering timely communications to leadership while navigating a fast-changing DeFi regulatory landscape.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years working on SEC or CFTC matters, at an agency, in a law firm regulatory practice, at a trade association or on an in-house regulatory or policy team.

Responsibilities

• Track SEC, CFTC, Treasury and FinCEN rulemakings, guidance, staff statements and enforcement relevant to onchain lending, and maintain a live calendar of comment deadlines with a recommended posture for each.
