Job summary

Morpho is seeking a legally trained attorney to own the partnership contract lifecycle end to end, from intake to signature and post-signature obligations. You will build and optimize legal operations, leverage AI workflows, and coordinate with Finance, RevOps and outside counsel.

You will work daily with the partnership team to accelerate standard deals, maintain a central repository, and ensure timely negotiation and compliance across European and US time zones. Paris or New York preferred.

Qualifications

• Legally trained with a law degree and in-house experience preferred.
• Negotiated partnership, integration, or licensing agreements independently.
• Built legal operations with lifecycle tooling, playbooks, intake and reporting.
• Uses AI tools to draft, automate workflows, and determine review needs.
• Works with Finance on payment mechanics, milestones and budgets, and with CRM as the truth source.

Responsibilities

• Deal desk: intake, triage, NDAs, and drafting of standard agreements.
• Post-signature tracking with a single contract repository and obligations register.
• Develop AI workflows and clause library for turnaround efficiency.
• Manage vendor terms, renewals, due diligence and data room hygiene.
• Collaborate with Finance, RevOps, and outside counsel across time zones.
