Morpho, a leading DeFi lending protocol, seeks a partner-focused role in hybrid New York to embed Morpho into a flagship partner’s product roadmap. You’ll build relationships from PMs to executives and drive joint initiatives that grow revenue and loans.

You will track product metrics, craft expansion plays, and secure executive alignment, spending in-person time with partner teams to deepen collaboration. This role emphasizes ownership and clear async communication.

Qualificações

• Experience navigating and selling into large organizations or enterprise-facing roles.
• Strong relationships across PMs to executives.
• Ability to insert into a roadmap and justify the loan product integration.
• Data-driven with data usage and expansion opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Own relationship management for a flagship enterprise partner across PMs and executives.
• Run recurring meetings with the partner's product teams and quarterly executive reviews.
• Make the commercial/product case for integrating loans to align with the partner's roadmap.
• Track product data to identify growth levers and expansion plays.
• Map incentives within the partner organization to unlock decisions.
• Spend in-person time with the partner’s teams in New York.
