Job summary

Morpho is seeking a senior product manager for its protocol team to shape the roadmap of the core lending infrastructure. You will translate user and ecosystem needs into actionable requirements and work with protocol and engineering to release features from discovery through launch and adoption.

You will operate at the intersection of highly technical systems and fast-moving markets, in Paris or remote. In this role you will own the roadmap, run discovery with ecosystem partners, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years building technical products in complex or fast-changing environments.
• Proven track record taking products from ambiguous problem spaces through launch and iteration.
• Strong technical fluency, with the ability to reason about system design and constraints and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Excellent product judgment: distinguish important user problems from requests and drive principled tradeoffs.
• Strong user discovery and synthesis skills, turning inputs into clear direction.
• Experience leading cross-functional work without formal authority.
• Ability to define success using data and feedback, and adapt direction as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in async environments.
• Strong ownership and autonomy: you act without waiting to be told.
• Team-first mindset, low ego.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Morpho's protocol team and define high-impact problems to solve.
• Build and run a continuous discovery process with ecosystem partners and developers.
• Translate user/market insights into clear product requirements and success criteria.
• Partner with protocol, engineering, research, security, legal, solutions, partnerships, and marketing to move initiatives from discovery to launch and adoption.
• Evaluate tradeoffs to extend the protocol or simplify around it; avoid unnecessary complexity.
• Define and track success signals using quantitative data and ecosystem feedback.
• Communicate direction, decisions, and release implications clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Improve how product decisions are documented as Morpho scales.
