Job summary

Flexoptix Inc., the US branch of Flexoptix GmbH, is building a US Customer Service team in Burlingame, CA. You will guide customers through orders and RMAs, manage quotes, and support pricing and processing while coordinating with US and EU teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer service, account management, or sales support.
• Excellent English communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work in person in Burlingame, California.
• Interest in internet infrastructure; training available.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through order placement and RMA processes; prepare quotes and support pricing and order processing.
• Handle inbound product, shipping, compatibility, and quoting requests; follow up via phone and email.
• Coordinate with customer service, technical support, logistics, and sales teams in the US and Europe.
• Maintain and improve CRM, ticketing-system, and dashboard data; troubleshoot basic questions with EU support.
• Create help documents, internal guides, and US-specific support content; take on cross-functional responsibilities.
