Job summary

Kardex Group seeks a Senior Director Sales USA to drive growth across the United States from Ohio with remote flexibility. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, shape the sales strategy, and own profitability while building strong customer and partner relationships.

Reporting to the Head of New Business Mlog, you will oversee Sales, Realization, Inside Sales and Marketing Communications, ensuring profitable revenue growth and a high-performance culture. International travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading commercial growth in complex B2B settings.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams of 20+ in international environments.
• Strong ability to deliver commercial and financial results with full P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic build-up and expansion of Kardex Mlog’s USA business with full P&L responsibility.
• Define and execute sales and business development strategy to drive revenue growth.
• Build and lead a high-performing US organization and coach leadership teams to excellence.
• Oversee complex customer negotiations and collaborate with global Kardex teams.
