Job summary

Worldwide Recruitment Energy is seeking a Country Business Director to drive growth of its U.S. business in renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.

You will lead stakeholder relationships with EPCs, developers, and IPPs, shape commercial strategy, and oversee pricing, risk and contract negotiations for major opportunities. Reporting to partners, you will influence strategy, budgeting, and project mobilization while traveling regularly for client meetings and sites across the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in renewable energy, power, construction, or related project-based sectors.
• Proven track record with EPC contractors, developers, IPPs, or project owners in the United States.
• Strong commercial judgment, pricing, margins, and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish; authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial growth strategy for the United States, focusing on revenue, profitability, and market positioning.
• Expand the client portfolio by building long-term relationships with EPCs, developers, IPPs, and strategic partners.
• Lead negotiations, tender responses, and contract awards to secure major opportunities.
• Collaborate with estimating, engineering, finance, and operations to develop competitive proposals.
• Manage the commercial pipeline from market mapping to contract award and mobilization.
• Represent the company at conferences, client events, and industry meetings across the U.S.
