EDF power solutions North America seeks a Business Development Manager (Asset Optimization) to drive growth and retention of AO service agreements. You will manage strategic accounts and source new opportunities within the renewable energy sector.

Role is remote with 25% travel to facilities, project sites, and industry events. Strong track record in renewables, contract negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in business development in renewables or O&M services.
• Fluent English; French/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships and contract management to drive retention and growth.
• Lead end-to-end RFP responses and contract negotiations.
• Develop business cases and proposals balancing short-term revenue and long-term goals.
