The role focuses on expanding the client portfolio, managing major accounts, and delivering profitable, sustainable growth across EPC contractors, developers and IPPs. The successful candidate will build senior relationships, drive market expansion, negotiate large contracts, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in renewable energy, power, construction or related sectors.
• Strong track record in originating opportunities, developing strategic accounts and closing contracts in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial growth strategy for the United States with focus on revenue and profitability.
• Expand senior-level relationships with EPC contractors, developers, IPPs, and project owners.
• Originate opportunities across utility-scale solar, data centers, electrical infrastructure and commissioning services.
• Lead proposals, tenders, negotiations and contract awards with a differentiated value proposition.
• Collaborate with estimating, engineering, finance, legal and operations to produce executable proposals.
• Monitor pipeline, forecast performance, and report to partners on risks and results.
• Represent the company at conferences and industry events across the United States.
