Job summary

Pierre Fabre USA seeks a dynamic Chief Financial Officer to lead the US finance function, partner with the CEOs and executive teams, and guide FP&A, accounting, and control activities. • Minimum 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in a global company.
• Experience as CFO or senior finance leader with HQ reporting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Advise CEOs and management on financial strategy and decisions.
• Lead US FP&A, budgeting, forecasts, and five-year plans for US perimeter.
• Direct financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, tax and government reporting, under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Oversee tax, cash, and controls; drive process improvement and governance.
• Lead the shared US Finance center for Accounting and FP&A across entities.
