Qualifications

• 4-6 years of Pharma experience, ideally in commercial roles.
• 2-3 years of demonstrated success in operational roles.
• Good understanding/experience of Commercialization process.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, building cross functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as central orchestrator of commercial priorities across functions and track launch KPIs.
• Lead priority commercial activities and coordinate cross-functional alignment.
• Coordinate CLT agenda and monthly HQ/PFP governance meetings.
• Ensure visibility and tracking of critical initiatives and risks.
