Qualificações

• 4–6 years of pharma experience in commercial roles.
• 2–3 years in operational roles with process improvements.
• Experience navigating commercialization processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to influence without authority and build cross-cultural relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Act as central orchestrator of commercial priorities across functions and track launch KPIs.
• Lead coordination of forecast preparation and senior leadership reporting.
• Coordinate CLT agenda and governance meetings with HQ partners.
• Manage the commercial budget and ensure timely input from stakeholders.
