This role partners with senior leadership and the Head of Commercial to implement strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of pharma experience in commercial roles.
• 2–3 years of demonstrated success in operational roles.
• Understanding of commercialization process.
• Experience driving operational improvements.
• Experience in rare or ultra rare diseases a plus.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate independently.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across cultures and levels.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate launch KPI definition and tracking across functions.
• Lead priority commercial activities and cross-functional alignment.
• Prepare senior leadership reports and governance materials.
• Interface with HQ on operational topics and governance.
• Coordinate CLT agenda and monthly/weekly meetings.
• Monitor initiatives and risks; escalate with clear recommendations.
