Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to guide global financial strategy and build the infrastructure for sustainable growth. You will partner with the CEO and leadership to shape strategy, drive profitability, cash, and risk management, and oversee a multi-currency finance function across subsidiaries.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong forecasts, controls, and the ability to translate data into actionable decisions for growth and investor confidence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline. CPA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA or MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated 10+ years of progressive finance leadership with global/multi-entity exposure.
• Strong command of FP&A, financial reporting, tax/compliance, treasury, risk management, and internal controls.
• Proven ability to influence executives and drive cross-functional decisions.
• Experience with ERP/BI tooling and scalable finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise strategy and financial roadmap with executive team.
• Lead long-range planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario modeling.
• Oversee treasury, capital allocation, and working capital optimization.
• Ensure accurate monthly/quarterly/annual close and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Develop clear, concise executive and board reporting.
