Job summary

Pierre Fabre USA seeks a dynamic Chief Financial Officer to lead the US finance function, partnering with CEOs and executive teams across Dermo-Cosmetics and Pharmaceuticals. The role oversees FP&A, accounting, tax, and controls, aligning US reporting with global HQ standards.

Strong pharma background and CPA are highly preferred. The position is hybrid in Secaucus, NJ, with a focus on strategic financial leadership, performance optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with the US pharma

Qualifications

• CPA designation strongly preferred with Big 4 background.
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience in a complex organization.
• Experience as a subsidiary or CFO with HQ reporting and group consolidation.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS with hands-on accounting expertise.
• Pharma industry experience highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Advise CEOs and management on financial strategy and key decisions.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasts, and five-year plans for US perimeter.
• Prepare financial statements and ensure US GAAP/IFRS compliance.
• Oversee accounting operations, tax declarations, and cash management.
• Drive governance, controls, and process improvements across Finance.
• Lead the US Finance center for Dermo-Cosmetics and Pharmaceuticals.
