Job summary

Mapletree seeks a seasoned CFO to lead Finance, Tax and Treasury in the United States. The role partners with business heads to optimize assets, capital structure and investments across US portfolios, delivering value aligned with the Group’s strategic goals.

You will oversee US finance functions, drive growth, ensure compliance with US GAAP and tax rules, and manage multi-currency operations across time zones. A CPA and 20+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Accounting/Finance and CPA certification.
• 20+ years of relevant experience, including 7+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Familiar with US accounting standards, IFRS, tax regulations and multi-currency environments.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-department projects in fast-paced settings.
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities; travel and cross-time-zone collaboration required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to finance, accounting, tax and treasury in the US.
• Lead the financial strategy for all US business portfolios and growth initiatives.
• Monitor financial performance and develop forecasts to guide decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, regulatory requirements and prudent balance sheet management.
• Oversee cash management, treasury activities, banking relationships, and risk management.
• Drive strategic initiatives and oversee system/infrastructure implementations.
