Job summary

Eurostars Hotel Company seeks a commercially driven Sales Manager with hotel sales experience in the United States and Canada. The role focuses on Corporate accounts and MICE sales, driving revenue and expanding market presence across the region.

This is an on-site position based in New York, Chicago, or Miami, requiring travel and strong client relationships to promote accommodation, meeting, and event facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hotel sales experience.
• Fluent English required; Spanish valued.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Corporate clients, agencies and key accounts.
• Coordinate commercial activity across US and Canada hotels.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities via prospecting and sales strategies.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings and hotel presentations for accommodations, meetings and events.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
• Monitor sales KPIs, maintain CRM records, and prepare reports.
• Assist in resolving commercial issues through clear communication.
