Job summary

Corendon Hotels & Resorts in Miami seeks a Sales Manager to drive revenue for our Miami properties. You will lead proactive sales efforts, build relationships with clients, and expand our commercial presence through strategic prospecting, group and corporate business, and event opportunities.

You will manage accounts, conduct client briefings, and collaborate with operations to ensure delivery of promises and attainment of revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Have a college or university degree.
• Experience in hotel sales or hospitality sales.
• Strong understanding of the Miami hospitality market.
• Experience with account management and business development.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships in the Miami market.
• Manage key accounts and provide commercially focused advice.
• Attend trade shows, networking events, and external sales activities.
• Prepare proposals and make commercial agreements within guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.
