Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a VP, US Brand Head - CRM to lead the launch and lifecycle strategy for a high-impact US priority brand. The role requires deep US market knowledge, strategic leadership across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Program Leads, and accountability for brand performance.

The position is based on-site at the Ridgefield, CT location with hybrid flexibility 2-3 days on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or science; MBA preferred.
• At least 12 years of pharma/healthcare marketing and related roles.
• Minimum 1 year US launch experience; cross-functional leadership with global collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead US Brand Team to deliver a launch strategy and lifecycle management for a priority brand.
• Own US brand P&L, budgets, forecasts, and resources for launch readiness and ongoing growth.
• Collaborate with Global Launch Brand Team to align strategies and execution for US readiness.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and executive-level collaboration to secure funding and programs.
