Boehringer Ingelheim US Ridgefield, CT is seeking the VP, US Brand Head - CRM to drive launch readiness and brand strategy for a $4B+ priority brand. You will lead cross-functional teams across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Program Leads, guiding stakeholders to deliver strong market impact.

This on-site role with hybrid flexibility requires deep US marketplace acumen, regulatory and compliance understanding, and a proven track record in Rx brand marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science or related field required.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in pharma/healthcare across multiple disciplines.
• Recent US launch experience required, with global collaboration.
• Strong market dynamics knowledge and US regulatory understanding.

Responsabilités

• Lead the US Brand Team to develop and execute launch strategies for a priority brand.
• Own US P&L, budgets, forecasts, and resource deployment for pre-launch to growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional leadership with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Access and Programs.
• Drive performance metrics, risk management, and timely delivery of launch KPIs.
• Engage senior executives and external partners to align priorities and funding.
