Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science or related field.
• MBA or science-related graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum ~12 years of pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience across multiple disciplines.
• Launch experience in the US market required; experience with global teams is a plus.
• Strong strategic skills, business acumen and ability to drive impactful decisions.
• Experience with commercialization, patient access, and specialty distribution models.
• Experience leading teams for brand strategy, budgeting, and timelines.

Responsabilités

• Lead US Brand Head for a priority brand across its lifecycle from PoC to mature stage.
• Oversee launch readiness and cross-functional collaboration for US market.
• Own US brand P&L, revenue forecasting, budget management and cost optimization.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and external partners to inform tactics.
• Develop and execute annual objectives and deployment of department resources.
• Provide leadership and development for US Brand Team members.
• Present performance and risk to senior leadership as needed.
