Job summary

You will lead transformation initiatives, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive automation while maintaining service quality and business continuity. CPA/US GAAP knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive experience leading accounting functions.
• Ability to think strategically and execute operationally.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management at senior finance levels.
• Expertise in internal controls, SOX, and US GAAP.
• Experience transitioning and mobilising accounting services for large organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Liberty Blume’s US-based accounting operations from Denver.
• Build and coach a high-performing US team aligned with UK transfer knowledge.
• Own US service delivery, ensuring quality, control and cost balance.
• Partner with CFO/VP-level stakeholders to shape the US platform.
