Job summary

Liberty Global is seeking a Director of Distribution and Funder Engagement to accelerate growth across the US, UK, and Europe. You will connect client financing needs with banks, funds and non-bank investors, building partnerships that support working capital and structured finance transactions.

You will lead funder engagement from initial outreach through onboarding and deal closure, leveraging your market knowledge and relationships to identify ideal partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in structured finance, corporate finance or transactional banking relevant to distribution.
• Proven network of funding partners including non-bank investors.
• Experience navigating US funding landscape and managing relationships with US funding institutions.
• Ability to assess funder needs and lead discussions through to deal closure.
• Strong cross-border collaboration across international markets.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with banks, funds, non-bank investors across US, UK, Europe.
• Identify suitable funders for working capital and structured finance opportunities.
• Lead conversations with funding partners from outreach to onboarding and closure.
• Pitch funding opportunities with origination and product teams to align client and investor needs.
• Provide market intelligence on providers, entrants, and developments in working capital financing.
• Represent Liberty Blume Specialty Finance in meetings with clients and partners across regions.
