Job summary

Tenstorrent seeks a Director of Accounting Operations to build a disciplined, scalable accounting function supporting rapid growth and potential public-company requirements. You will oversee AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, accruals, reconciliations, and close, while partnering with global Finance.

Qualifications

• Strong technical accounting judgment and operational discipline.
• Experience improving close timelines and control discipline.
• Knowledge of complex product-based industries and multinational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale accounting operations across AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, accruals, reconciliations, and close.
• Own and improve monthly and quarterly close processes with strong documentation.
• Strengthen internal controls and system-based controls; partner with IT to improve ERP processes.
• Build a high-performing accounting operations team and manage relationships with auditors and external partners.
