Job summary

Liberty Global is seeking a Senior Manager, US Accounting Operations to scale our US accounting capability from our Denver headquarters. You will lead the customer delivery of accounting and reporting activities, onboard new US customers, and support UK operations during ramp-up.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge and the ability to balance customer service, control and pace in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• CPA license or equivalent accounting qualification with 7+ years US accounting experience.
• Experience leading period-end close, balance-sheet reviews and financial reporting under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of internal control over financial reporting and SOX; documentation, audit support and remediation.
• Experience leading customer or process transitions and establishing stable delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee US customer accounting and reporting.
• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including period-end close, journals, accruals, reconciliations, and statutory reporting.
• Coordinate issue resolution across accounting teams and communicate material risks and decisions.
• Lead onboarding of new US customers and scale delivery as volume grows.
