Olympus Corporation of the Americas seeks a Urology Territory Manager to drive sales of capital equipment, disposables, and services within the assigned California territory. You will develop new accounts and deepen existing relationships, balancing field activities with CRM-driven planning to meet aggressive targets.

This role requires travel within the territory, daily client visits, and effective post-sales support, including installations and training for customers.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of prior sales experience.
• Proven track record of success in sales.
• Must possess basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Must have Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to travel within the territory daily with overnight stays as needed.

Aufgaben

• Meet or exceed annual territory revenue and gross profit targets.
• Plan territory efficiently and use sales tools to manage coverage.
• Maintain CRM with prospect, competitor, and customer data.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, hospital management, and surgical services.
• Sell products through consultative approach to achieve closing ratios.
