Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Territory Business Manager to lead all sales activities within a defined geography, focusing on urology accounts and key institutions including hospitals and specialty pharmacies. You will deliver sales results and develop detailed business plans to implement marketing strategy.

You will travel up to 80% within the assigned territory, collaborate with internal teams, and educate customers on product value and appropriate utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4 years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device experience.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Must be able to travel up to 80% within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Direct customer-facing interaction; execute brand & sales strategy to demonstrate clinical product value and educate on appropriate utilization.
• Use local market trends, institutions, and key customers to maximize territory results.
• Collaborate with matrix team members to establish and improve territory performance.
• Partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Use internal resources and data analysis to create territory business plans that drive results.
• Identify opportunities for organizational efficiency and process improvements.
• Understand opportunities unique to the geography.
