Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in pharma/biotech/medical device.
• 3+ years of sales experience.
• Travel: 80% within territory; 20% overnights/weekends.
• Consistent track record of performance.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful, creative, enthusiastic, and results-oriented.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Direct customer-facing interactions and execution of brand and sales strategy to demonstrate clinical product value and educate on utilization.
• Use knowledge of local market trends, institutions, and key customers to maximize territory results.
• Collaborate with matrix team members to improve territory performance.
• Partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Leverage internal resources and data to create territory business plans that drive results.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and processes to impact the business.
• Understand opportunities unique to the geography.
