Job summary

UroGen Pharma is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive sales and execute marketing strategies within a defined U.S. geography.

You will focus on key urology accounts, hospitals, and specialty pharmacies, thriving in clinical, operational, and administrative aspects of account management. Applicants should understand reimbursement, care models, and patient pathways; deliver sales targets, and develop detailed business plans to ensure marketing strategy execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Minimum of 4 years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience; candidates travel 80% within territory and up to 20% overnight/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct customer-facing interaction and execution of brand and sales strategies to demonstrate clinical product value.
• Leverage local market trends and key customers to maximize territory results.
• Collaborate with matrix team members to improve territory performance and drive data-driven business plans.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to maximize utilization of resources.
• Develop and implement territory business plans aligned with marketing strategy.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and processes to impact the business.
