Job summary

Cook Medical's Urology division seeks a District Manager to drive sales of diagnostic and therapeutic medical devices across physicians, hospitals, and outpatient facilities in the Greater Boston area and nearby states. The role involves travel, relationship-building, and executing a regional business plan to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent background.
• Knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in problem solving and solving tasks independently.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and expand existing business.
• Develop, maintain and execute an annual business plan for the territory.
• Meet and exceed projected sales goals.
• Participate in national, state, and regional sales exhibits.
• Maintain timely expense reports.
• Stay current on managed health care environment.
• Educate customers through conversations, presentations and literature.
• Travel as needed to meet customers and sales targets.
