Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting a Clinical Representative, Monarch Urology, covering the Texas Plains Territory (TX, LA, South MS). You will provide procedural support and educate physicians, driving adoption of Monarch Urology in hospital and ambulatory centers.

This field-based role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 3+ years in clinical/medical device sales, and extensive travel up to 90% across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years of relevant experience, or an associate degree plus 5+ years.
• Clinical, medical device technical and/or sales experience required.
• Experience in urology or surgical robotics preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively, up to 90% of time.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-case procedural support and technical expertise to physicians, nurses, and staff using Monarch Urology in hospital and ambulatory surgery center environments.
• Help create and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent clinical support, training, education, and responsive service.
• Support account development activities that build clinical confidence and increase usage of the system and disposables.
• Assist with product and clinical demonstrations, launch planning, training events, and customer education initiatives.
• Identify and act on educational opportunities that improve customer proficiency and procedural adoption.
• Partner with the Area Sales Leader and Regional Business Director to support business objectives and referral development.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams for questions and timely reporting of concerns.
• Develop expert-level product knowledge and understanding of kidney stone treatment workflows.
• Deliver a high standard of professionalism, service, and compliance in all customer interactions.
• Lead and support sales activities at the account level to ensure products are purchased and in-stock.
