Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a field-based Clinical Representative for Monarch Urology to support a multi-state Delta Plains Territory. You will deliver procedural support, training, and education to surgeons and staff, strengthening clinical adoption and system utilization in hospitals and ambulatory centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of relevant experience required; alternative degree + 5 years may be considered.
• Clinical, medical device sales or healthcare-related experience required.
• Experience in urology or surgical robotics preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 90% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-case procedural support and technical expertise to physicians, nurses, and staff using Monarch Urology.
• Help create and maintain strong customer relationships through clinical support, training, education, and responsive service.
• Support account development activities that build clinical confidence, increase user competence, and drive utilization.
• Assist with product and clinical demonstrations, launch planning, and customer education initiatives.
• Identify and act on educational opportunities that improve customer proficiency and adoption.
• Partner with leaders to support business objectives and account plans.
