Job summary

Cook Medical Inc. seeks a District Manager to drive sales of medical devices and services to physicians, hospitals, and outpatient facilities across IL, WI, and MN. This role requires frequent travel and strong relationship-building with healthcare providers.

Based out of Chicago, IL or Minneapolis–Saint Paul, MN, you will develop annual business plans, meet sales goals, and participate in regional events while maintaining expense discipline and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent background.
• Experience in medical device sales is required.
• Experience in Urology or BPH preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving and independent working abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and expand existing accounts; create annual territory plan.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and participate in regional exhibits.
• Travel overnight as needed.
• Educate customers through presentations and literature.
• Maintain timely expense reports and ensure safety and quality standards.
