Job summary

Cook Medical Inc. is seeking a District Manager to drive sales of urology-focused medical devices in Texas, preferably based in Dallas or Houston.

The role requires building relationships with physicians, hospitals and outpatient facilities, and traveling to cover the territory. The District Manager will develop business plans, meet sales targets, and collaborate across the global organization while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent background to provide comparable experience.
• Experience with Urology or BPH preferred.
• Previous experience in medical device sales is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and expand existing business.
• Develop, maintain and execute an annual business plan for the territory.
• Meet and exceed projected sales goals.
• Travel overnight as needed.
• Educate customers through conversations, presentations, and literature.
• Maintain timely expense reports and stay compliant with safety/quality standards.
