Urologic Consultants of Southeastern Pennsylvania, LLP is seeking an LPN to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care in a urology clinic. The position requires BLS certification, knowledge of EMR, and the ability to collaborate with physicians and surgical staff.

Responsibilities include reviewing patient histories, assisting with office procedures, drawing blood, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Formación

• Completion of LPN program required.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; 6 months to 1 year experience in urology preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and document patient care plans and outcomes.
• Perform nursing skills in urological clinic and assist with procedures.
• Review orders, tests, and follow-up needs with patients.
• Provide direct surgical assistance and post-procedure care.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
