Job summary

U.S. Urology Partners is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide administrative and clinical support to our providers. The role requires independence and teamwork with professional interaction across staff.

Responsibilities include directing patient schedules, preparing exam rooms, assisting with procedures, and updating the EMR with vitals and medications. Occasional travel to other clinics is required; OSHA training is mandatory, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current state license to practice as an LPN.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• At least one year of medical/surgical experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel to other clinics as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct assigned provider patient schedule throughout the day.
• Manage medication/script line and escalate clinical questions to RN/PA-NP/provider.
• Complete required trainings including OSHA annually.
• Prepare exam rooms and equipment for procedures and assist providers.
• Greet patients, update EMR with weight, vitals, meds and updates.
• Explain procedures to patients and address questions within scope of practice.
• Maintain OSHA compliance knowledge and apply policies.
• Report adverse medication events to supervising provider.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
