Job summary

Syneos Health in Naperville, IL seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to guide target accounts through billing, coding, and Medicaid/Medicare processes, aligning with payer requirements and company policy. You will focus on urology accounts, hospitals, and ASCs, shaping patient access across the geography.

You will build relationships with key customers, demonstrate disease and product knowledge, and collaborate with the account team to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years pharma/biotech/medical device experience.
• Minimum 2 years reimbursement experience.
• Ability to travel with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure target accounts understand billing and coding requirements for products.
• Develop and leverage relationships with key customers in target accounts.
• Understand billing and coding in Urology clinics, ASC, and Hospitals.
• Navigate Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial payer regulations.
• Partner with the account team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate expertise in disease state, product, surgical process, and reimbursement.
