Job summary

Syneos Health, in partnership with our field team, is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to educate target accounts in Illinois on billing, coding and reimbursement pathways for our products. You will focus on hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers and urology clinics, aligning payer strategies with patient access goals.

In this role, you will build relationships with key customers, interpret reimbursement rules for Medicaid/Medicare and commercial payers, and partner with the account team to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device experience.
• Minimum of 2 years reimbursement experience required.
• Ability to travel with overnight stays, required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure target accounts understand all applicable billing and coding requirements associated with the products.
• Develop and leverage relationships with key customers in target accounts.
• Understand billing and coding responsibilities within target accounts: Urology clinics, ASC, Hospitals.
• Understand all applicable reimbursement regulations for Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial payers.
• Partner effectively with other members of the account team to ensure the best possible outcome for the patient and the account.
• Demonstrate expertise in the disease state, the product, the surgical process and the reimbursement process.
