Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to drive understanding of billing, coding, and reimbursement across key urology accounts including hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers in the assigned geography. The role requires deep knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payer policies and the ability to partner with the account team to optimize patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device experience.
• Minimum of 2 years reimbursement experience required.
• Ability to communicate cross-functionally within the region to share results, assist training and develop best practices.
• Ability to travel with overnight stays, required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure target accounts understand all applicable billing and coding requirements associated with the products.
• Develop and leverage relationships with key customers in target accounts.
• Understand billing and coding responsibilities within target accounts: Urology clinics, ASC, Hospitals.
• Understand all applicable reimbursement regulations for Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial payers.
• Partner effectively with other members of the account team to ensure the best possible outcome for the patient and the account.
• Demonstrate expertise in the disease state, the product, the surgical process and the reimbursement process.
