Job summary

Syneos Health in Naperville, IL is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to ensure target accounts understand billing and coding steps for reimbursement when ordering products. You will focus on urology accounts in hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers, navigating Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers, and aligning with compliance policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device experience.
• Minimum of 2 years reimbursement experience required.
• Ability to travel with overnight stays, required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure target accounts understand all applicable billing and coding requirements associated with the products.
• Develop and leverage relationships with key customers in target accounts.
• Understand billing and coding responsibilities within target accounts: Urology clinics, ASC, Hospitals.
• Understand all applicable reimbursement regulations for Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial payers.
• Partner effectively with other members of the account team to ensure the best possible outcome for the patient and the account.
• Demonstrate expertise in the disease state, the product, the surgical process and the reimbursement process.
