Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to drive reimbursement understanding in Milwaukee-area target accounts, focusing on urology clinics, ASC, and hospitals. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliant billing and coding while navigating Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payer landscapes.

Your role emphasizes relationship-building with key accounts, deep product and disease-state knowledge, and the ability to travel for overnight stays as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device experience.
• Minimum of 2 years reimbursement experience required.
• Ability to travel with overnight stays, required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure target accounts understand billing and coding requirements for the products.
• Develop and leverage relationships with key customers in target accounts.
• Understand billing and coding responsibilities within target accounts: Urology clinics, ASC, Hospitals.
• Understand all applicable reimbursement regulations for Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial payers.
• Partner with account team to optimize patient outcomes and account results.
• Demonstrate expertise in disease state, product, surgical process and reimbursement.
