Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager in Naperville, IL to ensure accounts understand billing and coding requirements and reimbursement pathways for urology products. You will build relationships with hospitals, ASCs, and clinics, navigate Medicaid/Medicare/payors, and collaborate with the account team to optimize patient access and outcomes.

Your background should include 4+ years in pharma/biotech/medical devices and at least 2 years in reimbursement, with readiness to travel

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device experience.
• Minimum of 2 years reimbursement experience.
• Ability to travel with overnight stays; valid driver’s license required.
• 2 years hospital or large account experience preferred.
• 2 years Urology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure target accounts understand all applicable billing and coding requirements for the products.
• Develop and leverage relationships with key customers in target accounts.
• Understand billing and coding responsibilities within target accounts: Urology clinics, ASC, Hospitals.
• Understand all reimbursement regulations for Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial payers.
• Partner with account team to ensure the best outcome for patient and account.
• Demonstrate expertise in the disease state, product, surgical process and reimbursement process.
