Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager in Chicago to ensure target accounts understand billing and coding for products and navigate Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers. You will build relationships with urology clinics, ASCs, and hospitals while collaborating with the account team to optimize patient access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device experience.
• Minimum of 2 years reimbursement experience required.
• Ability to communicate cross-functionally within the region to share results and train teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure target accounts understand all billing and coding requirements for the products.
• Develop and leverage relationships with key customers in target accounts.
• Understand billing and coding responsibilities within target accounts: Urology clinics, ASC, Hospitals.
• Understand reimbursement regulations for Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial payers.
• Partner with account team to optimize patient and account outcomes.
• Demonstrate expertise in disease state, product, surgical process and reimbursement.
