Job summary

Syneos Health in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to guide target accounts through billing and coding steps for reimbursable products, aligning with compliance and approved materials. You will build relationships with hospitals, ASCs, and urology clinics, navigate Medicaid/Medicare/Commercial payers, and travel as needed with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device experience.
• Minimum of 2 years reimbursement experience.
• Ability to travel with overnight stays; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure target accounts understand billing and coding requirements.
• Develop relationships with key customers in target accounts.
• Understand billing and coding in Urology clinics, ASC, Hospitals.
• Understand reimbursement regulations for Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial payers.
• Partner with account team to ensure the best possible outcome for the patient and the account.
• Demonstrate expertise in the disease state, the product, the surgical process and the reimbursement process.
