Job summary

The role requires an RN with 3–5 years in MedTech or healthcare, strong change-management and executive communication, and willingness to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a bachelor's degree.
• 3–5 years in MedTech or healthcare with process improvement experience.
• Experience supporting multi-site health systems or national accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic clinical partnerships across national accounts and IDNs.
• Serve as clinical expert for Acute Urology solutions (BBS, SureStep, BD Acute Academy).
• Translate national strategies into scalable implementation plans across regions.
